Adding your contact details to parent WhatsApp groups or other communication channels.
Administering basic over-the-counter medicine (e.g., Panado, Allergex, Buscopan).

Personal records are stored securely in password-protected electronic systems and/or locked physical files.
Only authorized staff members have access to learner and parent information.
Information will not be kept longer than necessary and will be destroyed or deleted securely once it is no longer required.

Necessary for the safety and wellbeing of the learner (e.g., medical professionals in emergencies).
